In 2012 Sprint plot T-Mobile

In the AT&T proposing to buy T-Mobile before, Sprint is hoping to acquire T-Mobile rumours have been around for years time. Now, Sprint purchase T-Mobile rumors surfaced again. Traditional ideas that, since the FCC not willing to AT&T purchase T-Mobile, also won't agree with Sprint purchase T-Mobile. But Paul JiaLanTe doesn't think so.

In the JiaLanTe recently published a report said: "we think and separate Sprint and T-Mobile, compared with Sprint/T-Mobile more capable AT&T and Verizon compete with AT&T and Verizon. With continue to grow, we think that the primary regulators of market structure goal is to prevent appeared on the market, rather than maintain duopoly four national wireless operator."

Of course, the deal will certainly was AT&T's strong opposition. This Sprint cried foul, the company does have enough courage or cash to purchase is still unknown. In addition, the acquisition of the road before Sprint is not smooth, accurate to say, not a takeover finish the smooth. The company in 2005, with the purchase Nextel, now still did not obtain satisfactory results. Sprint Nextel and using completely different network technology, and T-Mobile and Sprint is also using completely different network technology: T-Mobile using GSM network, Sprint the CDMA network. But Sprint promised future years deployment 4G LTE network, or for future acquisition remove obstacles.

Even if Sprint not purchase T-Mobile, expect 2012 will also have other company purchase T-Mobile. There is no sign that T-Mobile parent company Germany telecommunications plans to T-Mobile continue to investment. T-Mobile from AT&T get $4 billion to support the break-up fee company to continue to operate. Therefore, the German telecoms will continue as T-Mobile looking for the husband's family. But who would take over T-Mobile is still a big question.
